Meet DeShaunte Freeman, Founder of fHRm
Freeman Human Resource Management exists because of the way DeShaunté sees people.
As an only child raised by her mom and dad, who dedicated their lives to helping young boys and girls grow into confident adults, she learned early that caring for people was not a weakness. It was leadership. It was a purpose. It was the foundation for every strong community and every strong workplace.
Her HR career began in college, where she quickly moved from intern to the HR lead for a team of more than 250 employees. What followed was more than a decade of experience across corporate HR, benefits administration, nonprofit work, PEO leadership, and compliance-heavy environments. Along the way, she kept hearing the same feedback.

In 2018, she created fHRm so she could finally build the kind of HR firm she always wished existed. Today, she brings more than 15 years of experience and a genuine passion for people to every client partnership.
